The entrance to the house is via a secure aluminium and glazed designer front door. Once inside the house there is a low level screen wall separating the lobby from the open plan living area.

To the left of the entrance area is a built-in clothes cupboard and storage unit, with wenge effect sliding doors. The wardrobe incorporates a manifold for the distribution and isolation of the water in the heating and cooling system of the house. A wall mounted, fan assisted and thermostatically controlled unit provides heating and cooling to this part of the house.

Two broad wide steps lead down to the spacious lounge area. To the right, on the same level, is the kitchen area.

The spacious lounge area easily accommodates a large L-shaped seating arrangement, which faces an entertainment wall and a fully glazed wood burning fire with exposed stainless steel chimney.

Two wall mounted convector units provide heating and cooling to the lounge area.

Pendant lights above the seating arrangement provide soft lighting for a cosy environment.

The wall incorporating the fire also serves to create a corridor that leads to the study.

The south facing outside wall has a 3m wide aluminium double-glazed sliding patio door, with fly screen and motorised aluminium shutters. This door opens up to the south facing terrace and covered swimming pool beyond.
